What happens if I contact you for an informational interview or I decide to proceed with coaching sessions?

Your initial conversation with us is always free. Dimitra will spend between 45-60 minutes with you over the phone discussing your issues and concerns, giving you the opportunity to explore whether her services are a good match for you.

Just call on the number below to make a time for your consultation or send an email requesting a consultation. If the phone is unattended, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call within 24 hours.

For clients living outside of Australia, please send an email with suitable times to call you. Dimitra will confirm a time with you via email.

During the call, Dimitra will ask you questions about your work situation or business and what you want to achieve in working with a coach. She will explain the coaching process with you and the packages available to you. You will also have the opportunity to have all your questions answered.

The intention is that you have enough information to make a sound decision - there is no obligation to buy anything. If you decide to go ahead, Dimitra will discuss the next steps with you and come up with a course of action that is mutually agreed upon. There is no pressure to make a decision on the spot, either. We understand that this can be a major decision for a small business owner or professional person and it's important to us that you are 100% happy with your decision.
