Dimitra J. Mallos has had 20 years experience in the Pharmacy Industry, working as a pharmacist and owning her own pharmacy business for 8 years. In June 2004, she graduated from the International Coach Academy as a Certified Professional Coach and also received a Graduate Diploma of Adult Learning in 1995.

Dimitra believes the impossible is achievable when you have support, commitment and a powerful perspective on life. Her passion has always been learning about human behaviour and finding ways to tap into the dormant inner potential within individuals. Her coaching company 'Total Transformation' is dedicated to showing people how to play a bigger game in their business and personal lives.

Her twenty years of experience as a pharmacist and eight years as a business owner have given Dimitra a tremendous amount of insight into what it takes to own and run a business as well as balancing your lifestyle. Having a young family of her own means she has first hand experience of all the emotional highs and lows of simultaneously establishing your business or career while being the best parent you can be to your children.

Dimitra understands the importance of having a vision for your business and how to ensure this aligns and complements your life and personal values. She has worked with clients from many professional backgrounds who have suffered burnout, decreasing job satisfaction and a lack of motivation or direction, helping them find inspiration and fulfillment in both their businesses and personal lives.

After spending most of her life in the serious business of pharmacy and customer care, Dimitra has experienced the difference a sense of humour and unwavering commitment can make to peoples' lives. Because she has extensive knowledge and experience in health, business and behavioural areas, these ensure a pragmatic, practical and balanced approach to her coaching. Dimitra believes in working with the whole person and not just parts of them for maximum results.
